Scope: this policy describes the practices that apply to data collected by GO SELL France and its affiliates (together, “GO SELL”) when you access their websites over the internet or any other electronic communication network.
01Personal data collected
GO SELL collects personal information about you whenever you use an online form — for example when you send us a request, subscribe to a newsletter, register for an event, submit an RFP or RFI, ask to download a document, enter an online contest or send us a message through one of the GO SELL websites.
02How we use personal data
Personal data collected through GO SELL websites is used to:

03Information collected automatically
When you visit a GO SELL website, information about your visit is collected automatically. Your browser sends certain technical information, such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of your device.
Information is also collected through cookies, to understand how visitors use GO SELL websites, identify problems with our servers, aggregate demographic and usage information, and improve our websites. These cookies do not collect any information that identifies you personally.

Your personal information may only be disclosed to GO SELL group companies, our business partners, government agencies and other public bodies responsible for enforcing the law, our company's beneficiaries, and suppliers or service providers that process data on our behalf — for reasons such as our legitimate business interests or compliance with legal obligations.
06Links to other websites
This policy applies only to information collected by GO SELL websites. Our websites contain links to sites that GO SELL does not own or manage, and GO SELL is not responsible for their personal data practices. We encourage you to read the policy of every website you visit.
07Security
We take measures to prevent any unauthorized disclosure, use, modification or destruction of the personal information you provide through GO SELL websites. However, perfect security does not exist on the internet: although we make every effort to protect your personal data, access and use by unauthorized persons remain possible once data is transferred over the internet.
08Access, correction and deletion
You have the right to make sure the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. You can ask GO SELL, as data controller, about the purpose and means of processing your personal data. Within this legal framework, you also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected, to restrict processing, and to have your personal data erased (right to be forgotten).

09International transfers
The internet is a global network, so collecting and processing personal data online necessarily involves international data transfers. By browsing GO SELL websites and communicating with us electronically, you agree to your personal data being processed in this way. We will nevertheless make every effort to protect the personal information collected by GO SELL websites, in line with strict data protection standards.
10Changes to this policy
We may change this policy at any time without notice, to meet GO SELL's development needs or reflect changes in the industry or the law. We will publish the new version on our website or announce the change on the platform's home page. The “last updated” date at the top of this policy shows when it last changed.
Changes take effect as soon as the new version is published. By continuing to browse our website, you accept them. If you reject the new version, in whole or in part, you can stop using our website.
