Terms of Sale and Service

01Scope

These Terms apply to subscriptions to GO SELL services ordered online at www.gosell.fr. GO SELL sells to business customers only: the person placing the order confirms that they act on behalf of a business and are authorised to bind it.

02Order

The order covers the product, quantity, unit basis, commitment and price shown on the review page before payment. It is concluded when the payment is confirmed. GO SELL then sends a confirmation email with these Terms, the Data Processing Agreement and the schedules accepted with the order.

03Services

The subscription gives access to the ordered GO SELL software service for the quantity ordered. Hardware, cameras, sensors, installation, on-premises deployment, custom integrations and customer-specific AI models are not included: they are quoted separately.

04Prices

Prices are in euros, excluding VAT, per unit and per month, or per package for GO VERIFY. Volume pricing applies: every unit is billed at the price of the tier reached. Without annual commitment, prices are 20% higher.

VAT is added at the rate that applies to the customer's billing address and VAT number; the reverse charge applies where it is due.

05Billing and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly, by card or SEPA Direct Debit, through our payment provider Stripe. Invoices and receipts are sent by email. Where a free trial is offered, the first payment is taken when it ends. GO VERIFY pages beyond those included in the package are invoiced separately.

06Term, renewal and cancellation

Annual commitment: the subscription runs for 12 months, billed monthly, and cannot be cancelled during that period. At the end of the 12 months it continues month to month until it is cancelled.

No commitment: the subscription renews every month and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

07Changes

The customer can manage the subscription (payment method, quantity, invoices) from the billing portal linked in the footer of www.gosell.fr.

08Personal data

When GO SELL processes personal data on the customer's behalf, the Data Processing Agreement and its schedules apply; they form part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes how GO SELL uses personal data as a controller.
